The LPSO Safety Complex is a 29-acre development with 4 buildings that will feature a 300-person work release center, a 60,000 square foot industries, warehouse and intake building, a 200-person outside worker dorm, and a video visitation/training building. Although not seeking LEED certification, the facility is being designed utilizing sustainable design principles.

The HVAC systems consisted of a central chiller and boiler plant with Variable Air Volume A/C systems. Additional responsibilities included energy modeling and life cycle cost analysis for the Post Office tenant and monitoring of energy used with the facility automation system.
